Equity & Inclusion Training

Throughout my personal and professional life, I have identified a lack of awareness about the inequities that impact gender diverse people (including but not limited to people who are gender nonconforming, nonbinary, gender fluid, agender, two-spirit, intersex, trans, transmasculine, transfeminine, trans men and trans women). Inspired by my successful experiences incorporating diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies into my higher education curriculum, I expanded the reach of my advocacy for the LGBTQIA+ community by offering gender expansive consulting services to the general public.

I provide training, education, and mentorship to individuals and organizations seeking to create equitable and inclusive space that values and supports gender diverse people.
